Become an advocate

Train with us. Help families.

Most people who get into special education advocacy figure it out as they go. We've spent 27+ years in IDEA practice and built a proprietary training program that gives you a real framework — and then connects you with the families who need your help.

Proprietary training

A program built on real practice.

Our training is grounded in 27+ years of special education law and 800+ IDEA cases — including the Doug C. v. Hawaii DOE precedent. You'll learn what actually works in IEP meetings, what triggers a strong PWN, and when a case is moving toward due process.

Structure for success

A framework that keeps you focused.

Advocacy is hard not because the law is opaque, but because every case has fifty things you could do and only a few that matter. We give you a structure for staying organized, focused on the cases where you can actually move the needle, and confident about when to escalate or refer up.

Income and exposure

A platform that brings the families to you.

Once you've completed training, you're listed on IEPTeam — and matched with families in California and Hawaii who are already looking for help. You build a practice. We bring the visibility.

First cohort opening soon

The training program is launching with a small first cohort in California and Hawaii. Want a closer look at the program — what's in it, how long it takes, and whether it's a fit for you? Get in touch and we'll send you the details.
